Return & Refund Policy
Understand our return conditions, refund process, exchange policy, and non-returnable product guidelines clearly.
Returns
Products can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 3 days of purchase.
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Product is returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as sold.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment method.
- Product cannot be repaired
- Replacement product is unavailable
- Supplier approves refund request
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Software and digital products
- Used or opened consumables
- Products damaged by misuse
- Products with physical damage
Exchange Policy
If a product has a verified fault within the eligible period, it may be replaced with the same or equivalent product, subject to supplier approval.
