RLT Service center is fully geared to provide services on all models of desktops and Laptop supported. Aiming to be a one-stop-shop, the service center also provides consumables and accessories. Our clientele includes many professionals, students as well as small and medium scale businesses.
The Service center employs skilled repair technician who undertake both sub assembly level and chip level repairs.
Our service co-ordinators are lightly service driven and form the first level of customer facing. We are constantly improving our service levels through a customer feedback program that is in place.

Service Zones
The Showrooms consists of a number of sections, each catering to different product categories handled by the SC Engineers. These include:
- The Customer Delight Zone comprises of the main reception and waiting area.
- The Consumable Spare Part Sales (Showrooms) - the one stop for genuine consumables Spare Part and reasonable prices.
- The Desktop Zone which specializes in desktop repairs.
- The Notebook Zone which specializes in notebook / laptop repairs.
