Warranty Policy – RL TECHZONE PVT LTD

At RL TECHZONE PVT LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality computer hardware, accessories, and IT solutions. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all products purchased from RL TECHZONE PVT LTD.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by RL TECHZONE PVT LTD carry a warranty period as specified in the invoice issued at the time of purchase. The warranty period may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by misuse or external factors.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To claim warranty, customers must follow the steps below:

  • Product must be brought to the RL TECHZONE PVT LTD service center
  • The original invoice must be presented
  • The product serial number and warranty sticker must be intact
  • Product will be tested and inspected by our technical team or manufacturer
  • Warranty claims are processed according to manufacturer or supplier guidelines

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If a product is found to be defective within 3 days of purchase, it may qualify for a Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement, subject to supplier or manufacturer verification.

Repair / Replacement Policy

During a warranty claim, the supplier or manufacturer may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace with the same or equivalent model
  • Offer an alternative product
  • Provide a refund (in rare cases)
  • Warranty processing may take 14–30 working days depending on procedures

Carry-In Warranty

All warranty claims are carry-in warranty. Customers are responsible for:

  • Bringing the product to the RL TECHZONE PVT LTD service center
  • Collecting the product after repair or replacement is completed

Used / Refurbished Product Warranty

Used or refurbished products may carry a limited shop warranty unless otherwise specified in the invoice.

Data Responsibility

RL TECHZONE PVT LTD is not responsible for any data loss during repairs, diagnostics, or warranty claims.

Customers are strongly advised to backup all important data before submitting devices.

What is Covered Under Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Hardware malfunctions due to factory defects
  • Component failures within the warranty period

What is NOT Covered Under Warranty

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, broken ports)
  • Water, fire, or lightning damage
  • Power surges or electrical damage
  • Corrosion or rust
  • Damage caused by natural disasters
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cryptocurrency mining usage on graphics cards
  • Software issues (viruses, OS errors, driver issues)
  • Cosmetic damages (scratches, wear)

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void under these conditions:

  • Warranty sticker removed or tampered
  • Serial number damaged or missing
  • Unauthorized repairs or opening
  • Physical or liquid damage detected

Non-Faulty Products

If a product is found to be in working condition, a diagnostic or service charge may apply.

Accessories and Packaging

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Original packaging
  • Cables
  • Adapters
  • Other included accessories

Warranty Period

The warranty period stated in the invoice (eg. 6/12/24/36 months) corresponds to the manufacturer-defined duration.
